Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all office visits and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
It is important that all new patients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out patient registration forms. We request that you have your previous veterinarian fax over complete medical records to us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (Fax # ). This will help to ensure that you are seen on time!
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other cats. This is one of the reasons we ask you to bring your cat in a pet carrier. For the safety of your cat, please do not allow him or her out of the carrier to wander around the waiting room.
